  • 1:00-3:00 pm – Optional Tour of Volcano Rare Plant Facility
  • 3:00-5:00 pm – Optional nursery talk story, protocol writing, reviewing nursery needs. Location TBD
  • 6:00 pm – Optional group dinner either in Volcano or Hilo
    • Dinner costs covered individually
Wednesday, February 5th, 2025
  • 8:00-11:30 am – E komo mai/meeting overview, roundtable introductions, breakout groups, two 15-minute presentations
  • 11:30 am-12:30 pm – Lunch on your own
  • 12:30-2:15 pm – Breakout groups, two more 15-minute presentations, and a virtual nursery tour
  • 2:15-5:00 pm – In person tours of Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park nursery and the Three Mountain Alliance nursery
  • 6:30 pm – Optional group dinner either in Volcano Village or Hilo
    • Dinner costs covered individually
